Refund Policy

Any appointments scheduled must be paid in full prior to the time of the appointment. Payment may be made via PayPal. Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are fully refundable. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours will not be refunded.

A full refund will also be issued if the service provider needs to cancel the scheduled appointment for any reason including technical issues.

Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of cancellation notice.
